**Responsibilities:**
+ Developing and implementing quality systems and processes related to new programs and projects to ensure detailed execution.
+ Following up on corrective action reports, including customer complaints and calibration system maintenance. This includes sophisticated product quality planning (APQP) such as PPAP, FMEA, and control plan creation, as well as SPC and MSA to facilitate continuous improvement efforts.
+ Crafting and implementing operational metrics that support day-to-day product quality systems and help us achieve world-class standards.
+ Resolving quality issues promptly and effectively to maintain our reputation for outstanding quality.
+ Developing measurement systems that meet customer requirements and facilitating continuous improvement activities to ensure we strictly adhere to the highest standards.
+ Writing, reviewing, and verifying applicable specifications to ensure all processes and products meet our stringent quality requirements.
+ Supporting manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams in identifying root causes of defects and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
+ Conducting process audits and analyses to resolve areas for improvement.
+ Implementing incoming inspection procedures to ensure all materials meet our quality standards before use.
+ Initiating corrective action requests as needed and tracking them to satisfactory completion, ensuring all quality issues are resolved successfully.
+ Managing non-conforming materials and leading the Material Review Board (MRB) to determine the best course of action for materials that do not meet specifications.
+ Providing technical support for all inspection processes to ensure they are carried out effectively and efficiently.
+ Reviewing and approving Engineering Change Orders (ECO) to ensure all changes meet our quality standards.
+ Working collaboratively with relevant teams and departments to improve products and processes, encouraging a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
+ Brainstorming ideas to build solutions for identified problems, ensuring we remain competitive in the market.
+ Detailing results and findings after inspections are carried out to maintain comprehensive records and facilitate continuous improvement.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
+ Extensive experience in a quality assurance environment with a proven track record of success.
+ High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations to support our advanced quality systems.
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to effectively manage and communicate quality processes.
+ In-depth understanding of industry market trends and conditions to remain competitive and innovative.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure we can identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
+ Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, encouraging a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
