Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a new colleague with a technical background who is passionate and motivated towards delivering best quality and continual improvement. As our Quality Engineer you will be responsible for  to drive quality improvements in our floor heating products to ensure stable output and reduction of internal cost of poor quality. You will become a part of Quality organization, co-operating with colleagues from other departments. 

The job is on site, at our location in Grodzisk Mazowiecki

Job Responsibilities

 

In your daily job you will:

Create and maintain of quality documentation according to IATF requirements. Work closely with supply chain engineers to ensure product with high quality. Analyze problems by using quality tools to find root cause and implement corrective actions according to IATF requirements. Being responsible for customer claim handling process Guarantee the good quality level of supplied components by leading Supplier Quality assurance processes. Lead PPAP process Perform external audits at suppliers. Proactive review and improvement of processes to ensure the maintenance of standards. Looking for Continuous improvement in the manufacturing process Background & Skills

Your professional profile:

Higher education (pref. Electronics faculty) Min. 3 years of experience on similar position (pref. in automotive company) Experience of ISO/IATF16949 quality standards (practical experience with IATF Core Tools (FC, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, 8D)) Knowledge of IPC-A-610 quality standard (nice to have) Practical  knowledge of English, spoken and written to be used on a daily basis Polish language at least at communicative level SAP knowledge is an advantage Employee Benefits
