Job Description

Purchasing Quality Assurance (PUQ) is based at plant and responsible for electronics and display purchase material quality complaint management during series production. PUQ is the owner of the material quality issue, to lead the problem solving process with involvement of supplier and cross functional team

Responsible for electronics, module and display purchase material quality issue in series production.Analyzing quality data for problem solving and drive for continuous improvement activities.Initiating defect cost reimbursement process for material quality issue.Sharing information with team members on problems detected of the same material or components (Q alarm) by other Bosch plants; andCollaborating with production, product engineering, customer quality engineering and logistic team during quality issue problem solving.

 

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical/ mechatronic/ material/ manufacturing/ chemical engineering, or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of exposure in manufacturing industries, preferably in quality, SMT, PCBA or semiconductor sectors failure analysis.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver quality problem solving processes.Team player, positive attitude, motivated, independent, result oriented.Proficient in English language; andProficient in additional language such as Mandarin would be advantages.
