You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.
**How you will contribute**
You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

**More about this role**
The Quality engineer in QCMS (Quality Chain Management System) will be responsible for maintaining and improving the organization’s quality, food safety, in compliance with legislation, internal policies and external standards. You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, preparing for internal and external audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and IL6S QM pillar journey in the site.
**What you need to know about this position:**
+ Track and report KPI’s to management on a regular basis.
+ Analyze quality performance KPIs using statistical and analytical tools and methods.
+ Ensure all products are complies with Mondelez Quality Standards by developing and monitoring the CTQs and CTPs using SPC tools.
+ Lead and train Trace/Recall ensuring compliance with Mondelez Special Situations Management and audit requirements.
+ Support for Hold/Release documentation and dispositioning of products.
+ Ensure all specification/KPI/QCMS/FSSC/ISO plans are maintained and updated/approved as required.
+ Establish systems to ensure compliance and effective implementation of the Mondelez Quality Policies, Sanitation Manuals, and Mondelez HACCP Approaches.
+ Lead the development of new quality documents and maintenance of the documented Quality systems to assure compliance with corporate requirements.
+ Create the technical SOPs for the processes based on the R&D recommendations.
+ Support the manufacturing process to remove risks that may lead to consumer harm or dissatisfaction, regulatory adverse comment and/or damage to the Mondelez brands by applying and monitoring the necessary control points.
+ Support resolving consumer/ customer product and package complaints through root cause analysis.
+ Support all internal and external inspections/auditing visits. Support audit preparation activities and complete necessary reports.
+ Own and lead the CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) quality policy for the site which includes the facilitation of the process of root cause analysis and preventive actions investigations including the evaluation of the preventive action effectiveness.

+ Documentation and Reporting: Manage the organization, updating and archiving of IMS Quality related documents. Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation.
+ Legislative and Management System Compliance: Contribute to the compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the company’s operations, food safety & quality standards (e.g. FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 standards and other applicable standards, e-legislation etc.) and consumer requirements. Track and ensure the timely renewal of legal and system certifications.
+ Audits and Inspections: Responsible for yearly plan and tracking of internal audits and preparation for external audits and inspections (e.g, certification audits) and MDLZ internal audits. Address audit findings by implementing corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
+ Corrective and Preventive Actions: Investigate non-conformities and lead the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
+ Consumer & customer complaints: Handle complaints by ensuring they are recorded, investigated, resolved and tracked. Analyze complaints to identify trends, implement corrective actions, while maintaining documentation for audits and reporting.
+ Plant owner for traceability: Ensures product traceability by maintaining and updating traceability system, monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with requirement.
+ Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality and food safety processes. Support teams in meeting IMS-related goals and initiatives.
+ Own SWP of QM Pillar and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and systems.
**Education / Certifications:**
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical or Chemical)
**Job specific requirements:**
+ 3-4 years of experience
+ Experience in the use of statistical concepts in the control of manufacturing operationsMinitab knowledge is a plus.
+ Ability to analyze data, proven record demonstrating ability to effectively problem solve
+ Strong Continuous Improvement mindset and Project leadership skills
+ Strong communication skills and a desire to coach and develop a team through one-on-one conversations
+ Have strong time management skills
+ HACCP knowledge
