We are looking for a Supply Quality Engineer to join our young and dynamic Supply Quality team. We need someone who is organized, adaptable and able to respond appropriately to situations.

Solving the daily agenda of supplier quality – managing items and approving them​​Solving supplier discrepancies and closing them in a timely mannerActive participation in solving problems associated with supplied parts and materialsWorking with quality tools (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)Other activities focused on preventing and finding potential quality risksDirect communication with inland and foreign suppliersClose communication with colleagues from other departments, including foreign onesPrioritizing income inspection activitiesExternal audits at suppliersWorking with the Baan system, CSMS and MS Office tools

What knowledge and skills should you have:

Secondary education with a high school diploma, which can be replaced by relevant experienceExperience with quality in a manufacturing companyAbility to quickly adapt to diverse situations and find solutions to a given problemCommunicative knowledge of English is a prerequisite – written and spoken form for everyday communicationOpen-minded personality with a positive attitude towards communicationWillingness to undertake business trips in the Czech Republic, but also abroad
