This on-site role involves ensuring projects and products meet specified standards, conducting root cause investigations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain quality systems and processes to comply with standards and requirements.Ensure projects and products are capable of meeting specified quality standards.Apply your conceptual knowledge of quality assurance to support specialized roles with technical expertise.Analyze and resolve issues using established procedures, and consult with senior team members for guidance when needed.Collaborate with team members to solve quality-related issues.Perform root cause investigations and determine corrective and preventive actions.Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.Evaluate the reliability of processes and products to ensure adherence to quality standards.Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.Ensure timely delivery of products by working within established deadlines.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for this role is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills.
