This role is key to ensuring that our advanced manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards, supporting our mission to reduce the global carbon footprint. **Your Role & Impact:** As our on-site Quality Engineer at the Mesa production site, you will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day quality operations, ensuring that our raw materials, packaging, and finished products align with rigorous industry standards and regulations. Your work will directly contribute to a more sustainable and energy-efficient future. **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee the quality of raw materials, packaging, and finished products. + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and monitor progress. + Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the workplace. + Analyze inspection data to spot trends, root causes of defects, and drive corrective actions. + Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, implement fixes, and communicate findings. + Maintain records of quality metrics, inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions. + Create and manage quality documentation to ensure compliance. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). + Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methods. + Proven ability in data analysis and problem-solving to drive process improvements. + Excellent communication and leadership skills for team management and cross-functional collaboration. + Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. + Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. + Previous experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. **Bonus Points for Experience With:** + Experience in energy or climate solutions sectors. + Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques and Industry 4.0 technologies. **Ready to Take the Next Step?** If you're passionate about quality, sustainability, and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
