What You Will Be Doing
Performing PPAP (Part Production Approval Process) to verify production processes can be completed.Collaborating with engineering, operations, sales and other teams within the organization to conduct investigations and provide support to corrective actions.Implementing quality planning processes including but not limited to PFMEA (Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis) and FAI (First Article Inspections) to ensure standards and specifications are met.Participate, facilitate and/or represent quality team during audits.Conducting and participating in Continuous Improvement projects and implementing RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) to prevent quality issues from reoccurring.Minimal travel required both domestic and internationally.What We Are Looking For
Level 1
An Associate’s degree is required.3 or more years of experience in a quality related field is required.Previous experience with Quality Management Systems is highly desired.Level 2
US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)5+ years of quality, engineering, machine shop, assembly or functional testing experience required5+ years of Quality Management Systems experience, including experience related to document management, internal and/or external audits, nonconforming material control, and root cause and corrective action processes, is required.This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
