1. Lead the facility to meet and maintain quality stardards to achieve ISO9001, IATF16949 and other regulatory system requirements
2. Work together with SQE and PUR to execute PPAP approval process for NPD project
3. Take care customer complains and problem solving(RCPS), to improve customer satisfication
4. Be responsible for internal process maintenance and improvement, to ensure effective working flow
5. Coordinate with editron or danfoss global QEHS function for relevant policy & data share and improvement
6. Support plant leader to improve quality performance, such as COPQ, PPM, process quality, etc.
1. Bachelor degree with subject of mechanical / electromechanical engineering or other similar subject
2. To have 3+ year's working experience, at least 1 year on motor's assembly area. Inverter relevant experience will be preferred
3. Strong communication and analytical mindset/ability
4. Good understanding of RCPS and PDCA
5. Master QC 7 tools, proficient use in FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP will be preferred
6. Good at reading & written of English, fluent oral English will be preferred
