**Country:** China **Location:** LOC3149: 388 Haihuan Road, Baoshan, Shanghai, China **角色职责:** + Conducts processes to modify, apply, and maintain quality evaluation, control systems and protocols. + Provides explanations of testing and inspection plans, methods and technologies to assure reliability and conformance of products and processes. + Provides analysis and recommendations for corrective actions for nonconformities and/or design problems for internally produced products & processes. + Utilizes UPPAP core elements (e.g. PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans, etc.) to identify and develop recommendations for managing risk in product development. + Conducts reviews to ensure all requirements are met for work transfer and process change management including Resourcing Gate and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) acceptance. + Develop product process quality control plan and organize its implementation + Daily quality management, ensure the stability of quality control process in production and operation, and identify change factors. + Reviews process control documentation to ensure it is in compliance with requirements, objectives, and/or contracts. + Summarize and analyze quality data. submit quality reports. Identify quality problems, develop quality improvement projects and promote team implementation + Handling quality issues. Developing and implementing corrective and preventive measures. **最低要求:** + Bachelor's degree or above with majoring in HVAC, compressor，mechanical, electrical, and related. + More than 5 years product quality management experience. compressor related work experience is preferred. + Good written and spoken English, proficient in office software, Minitab.
