What you'll do

Using statistical tools such as process capability, Design of Experiment, SPC etc.Assist manufacturing and suppliers in evaluation and optimization of manufacturing processes and productsPerform part inspection utilizing the appropriate tools and equipment. Create reports summarizing results and methods utilizedDefine and execute the requirements of gauging and inspection methods for instruments utilized with frequency in the labGuide the plant inspectors in daily activities related to inspection, testing and problem resolutionAssist in the maintenance and calibration of Quality Assurance lab equipmentAssist in the maintenance of Safe Quality Food Quality SystemsAutomate quality inspection processes to reduce manual intervention

What you'll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in quality, plastics, packaging or related engineering field preferredExperience with GFSI schemes or Quality Systems desiredEffective use of MS work and ExcelStrong verbal and written communicationManagement skills
