Quality Engineer – Infrastructure Programme

Join an exciting and diverse Infrastructure Programme of multi-Billion GBP investment, over the next 15+ years for the UK Defence sector. Supporting the Project Delivery Teams, you will be the focal point to ensure projects are delivered to the Quality requirements by working with internal and external stakeholders.

Location - Reading / Basingstoke / Hybrid role - flexible working from home available

Salary: Starting at £37,860 Negotiable (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

Key accountabilities of this position include:

Work collaboratively within Project Teams and the supply chain, delivering new build and re-kit projectsAssist in embedding a positive Quality Culture from Project Kick-Off to Handover with all stakeholdersRepresent Quality at key stakeholder meetings including design and technical reviewsConducting internal project auditsEngaging with the supply chain for FATs / ITPs, surveillance, and auditsProviding data to key reporting metrics and KPIsManagement of NCRs and facilitating Learning from Experience workshopsSupporting workshops to promote performance improvementReview of Lifetime Records to support Handover to facilities
