Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You will process customer complaints related to in-vitro diagnostic products according to internal quality requirements, legal requirements and international standards.You will conduct a systematic analysis of complaints and collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve them.You will assess complaints to determine reportability to global regulatory authorities (e.g., FDA, EU IVDR).You will monitor complaint trends and provide insights for product improvement and safety related field actions.You will provide support for risk management related to customer complaints, particularly those involving (potential) safety issues.You will drive the monitoring and reporting of complaint handling KPIs to the management.You will maintain accurate complaint records and perform service ticket screening.You will upport audits/inspections as needed.You will support the implementation of process improvements as needed.To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/laboratory-diagnostics
Your qualifications and experience:
You hold a bachelor’s degree in natural scienceYou have gained several years of experience in customer complaint management, service or a technical role, ideally in the field of laboratory diagnosticsAlternatively, you have completed a vocational training as a laboratory technical assistant and have already gained many years of professional experience in handling in-vitro diagnostic productsYou have expertise in the handling of customer complaints, technical investigations, medical device reporting and post-market surveillanceYou have strong analytical skills with knowledge of global regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., FDA, EU IVDR)
