About the role
Our Quality team, composed of 13 people, is integrated in the Peroxides department and focuses on comprehensive, end-to-end quality management in collaboration with functional departments.
As a Quality Engineer, you will work on inspection equipment management, process quality control and quality assurance to support Quality Manager. You will get the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and have a positive impact on customer satisfaction.
You will be accountable for:
Management of industrial-grade and electronic-grade laboratory instruments, ensuring effective completion of daily maintenance, calibration, and the good condition of the instruments.
Daily product quality tracking, timely follow-up and handling of process anomalies to ensure closed-loop and related evidence chain.
Handling customer complaints, utilizing various quality tools to resolve quality issues, and generating necessary reports, such as 8D reports.
Participation in internal audits, hosting external audits and customer audits, and following up on audit findings.
Identification and implementation of customer quality requirements, maintaining good customer relationships.
Necessary communication and supporting between sister companies, as well as other quality-related tasks.

About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering.
Relevant work experience in quality management or laboratory management.
Competencies:
Familiar with common laboratory instruments such as ICP, IC, TOC, GC, HPLC, and potentiometric titration, with strong professional knowledge and independent thinking ability.
Familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949 quality management systems.
Proficient in using common quality tools (such as the 7 QC tools, FMEA, MSA, etc.), with strong data analysis skills and familiarity with Minitab software.
Proficient in English, capable of normal communication and interaction in English.
Strong communication skills and quick thinking.

About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Zhenjiang Site Annual base pay reasonably expected for this role is RMB 130,000 to RMB200,000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
