Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.1-2  years of quality experience in a multinational companyStrong analytical skillsAdvanced in MS-Office applicationsExcellent command of both written and spoken EnglishExcellent communication skills, strong team player and proactiveDemonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and schedule work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentEnthusiastic and exhibits a positive “can-do” attitudeMust reside in the Istanbul Anatolian Side or Izmit areaNo military obligation for male candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Support the team in the identification, data analysis and resolution of issues in New Product IntroductionImplement corrective/preventive actions for problem resolution and continuous improvementImplement the required quality documents and procedures to support the ongoing manufacturing processRepresent the quality function as NPI technical supportReview all supplier, internal, and customer discrepancies, coordinate and track the effectiveness of corrective/proactive action efforts on NPI productsProvide insight and assistance of implementing and maintaining Process Improvement and Optimization concentrating on proactive methodologies.Lead PFMEA activities on new products to eliminate or reduce risks to product qualityParticipate in all NPIs reviews on all quality related workflowsLead the deployment of Quality Engineering tools for the effective and efficient development, transfer, and maintenance of products throughout the product life cycleSupport QA team when required to meet site compliance.Support review and approval of NPI related Analytical Test Method Transfers and/or validationSupport onsite internal and external audits as required
