The Quality Engineer will work in concert with the rest of their team towards 100% customer satisfaction by implementation of an effective quality methods and processes. These teams could include customer-focuses in the Aerospace or Automotive markets. This position will have ownership for understanding and implementing all market (AS-9100 / IATF-16949) and customer quality requirements within their given team and may be called upon to support other teams within the site as well. The Quality Engineer will develop the inspection processes needed (both digital and manual) to ensure 100% compliance with all customer drawings and other specifications. In addition, this position will participate in the site World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Pillar Team for Quality and Process Control and support any WCM projects conducted related to quality.
