1.Prepare, review and sign the inspection working instructions and inspection plans for production准备, 审核并签署产品检验操作指导书和检验计划.
2.Establish inspection capability per production plan根据生产计划建立检验能力.
3.Work with ME in Manufacturing Process Control and establish Control Plan, inspection process and method同制造工程师一起实施生产过程控制并建立控制计划, 确定检验过程及方法.
4.Design and review inspection fixture drawing设计并评审检验夹具图纸.
5.APQP Deployment for new product 新产品APQP活动的开展.
6.CMM program create and check三坐标程序的编制及审核.
7.On-site quality control, lead quality improvement project现场质量状况管理、控制、组织质量改进项目.
8.SPC deployment for KC. 关键特性SPC控制.
9.Dispose the quality problems occurred during production in time, coordinate RCCA process及时处理生产过程中的产品质量问题，协调RCCA流程.
10.Communicate with customer about quality issue in time及时与客户沟通质量问题.
11.Follow-up for RCCA, RMRA, RAIL status and get result跟踪RCCA、RMRA、RAIL状态并得到结果.
12.Gage R&R analysis and assist manufacturing engineers analyzing process capability量具检验能力分析并协助ME进行产品过程能力分析.
13.Coaching inspector and operator how to inspect, responsible their skill qualification review辅导检验员和操作工检验方法，负责其技能取证评估.
14.Prepare FAIR/PPAP and source inspection进行首件检验报告/产品和过程批准的文件准备及发货检验.
15.Conduct quality performance analysis and prepare quality report质量绩效分析及准备质量报告.
16.Attend product, process, QMS audit参与产品、过程、质量体系审核.
17.Comply with HSE regulation requirement遵守和符合健康、安全和环保法规要求1.Good knowledge in inspection and mechanical manufacturing良好的检验和机械制造知识.
