Job Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $50/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer III to join our team. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, systems, and processes by implementing and maintaining robust quality control standards. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA, as well as proficiency with Minitab and MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sampling procedures and create forms for recording and reporting quality and reliability data. Establish programs to evaluate the precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment. Conduct quality control training sessions and prepare training materials. Oversee quality control in specialized areas such as process control, product reliability, inventory control, and metrology. Direct workers involved in testing and measuring product quality, and compile quality and reliability data.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required). 5–7 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA processes. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and AIAG Core Tools. Experience with Minitab software and MS Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Core Skills:
