Customer claims – field – Parts collectio investigation, presentations for customers and data input in SAP

Support for claim technician – Supporting technicians for all activities regarding the analysis

Analysis of collected data for 8D performance/capacity

Tracking opening of claims in SAP

Support quality engineer in 8D methodology steps

Support quality engineer in preparation of 8D documentation

QualificationsRecent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences etcAdvanced Excell skillsFundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantageProactive and structured workGood organizational and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills and teamworkFluency in English
