A Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet established quality standards.

Your role:

Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with standard requirements.Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions.Monitor production processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiativesDevelop efficiency and effectiveness inspection with a digitalization approach

You're the right fit if:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, D3 or D4 in Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, Metrology, and InstrumentationEager to learn of Industry 4.0 technologies and their applications in manufacturing and production environmentsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsEffective written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and organized

 

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
