At Avantor, we’re dedicated to advancing science through quality. We're looking for a proactive and solution-oriented QA professional to join our team in Hillegom or Tilburg. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing the quality systems behind our Single Use Assemblies and supporting Hardware Systems. Collaborating across departments—Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations—you’ll help deliver cutting-edge products to our Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology customers.

Your Role at AvantorDrive continuous improvement of quality systems to deliver exceptional products.Engage with customers and suppliers to ensure alignment on quality standards.Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and uphold compliance.How You Will Make an ImpactOversee and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS).Analyze and report on Quality Metrics to support decision-making.Lead initiatives for corrective and preventive actions.Plan and coordinate QA training programs.Manage documentation systems and supplier qualifications.Host customer audits and support global harmonization projects.Oversee validation, calibration, and environmental monitoring programs.What We’re Looking ForEducation: A Bachelor's degree or HBO level in Engineering or a related field.Experience: 3–5 years in (bio)pharmaceutical or manufacturing QA/Engineering roles.Skilled in quality systems: Change Control, CAPA, Deviation, Complaint Investigations, and root cause analysis.Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and English.Strong technical expertise, with qualification/validation experience as a bonus.A team player with excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Why Join Us?
