About the role: Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is on a mission to lead the digital revolution in the chocolate industry, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer specializing in Operations & Tooling, to boost our software testing capabilities. This role is vital for enabling and supporting our testing tools, providing test user support, and integrating various test tools into our business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in test management tools, automation, and continuous improvement practices. Key responsibilities: + Implement and manage qTest for test management; provide training and configuration support to the team. + Lead the integration of Tosca for automated testing; conduct training to optimize its use. + Support test users, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. + Integrate testing tools for seamless workflows and evaluate new tools to enhance capabilities. + Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing processes with business objectives and project timelines. + Develop metrics to measure testing effectiveness and efficiency, including generating reports for stakeholders. + Build and enhance automation frameworks for regression testing, improving testing reliability and efficiency. About you : + Minimum 5 years of experience in test management or a related field. + 3+ years of experience with SAP is preferred. + Familiarity with ITIL processes and systems (incident & change management). + Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured thinking. + Ability to communicate complex problems clearly and persuasively. + Proactive, self-driven with excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills. + Passionate about digital technologies and innovation, with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement. + Agile mindset, able to adapt to evolving business needs and digital trends.
