You are:

A Quality Engineering Leader who’s held progressive roles, managing IT quality assurance, with experience in solution development, CXO level customer interactions and proposal preparation & writing, and management experience.

The Opportunity:

Work with leading customers to identify opportunities to enhance value from UST Manage the proposal process, which includes prioritizing RFP’s based on the likelihood of winning and value.  Identify and articulate technology solutions that will fit the customer in the most cost-effective and optimized manner Conduct QE maturity assessments and propose QE transformation roadmaps including technology, people, and process refinements Work with alliance partners to proactively identify potential joint opportunities and take them to fruition Define GTM opportunities in the QE specialized services space Enhance the RFP and proposal response process to improve win rates. Consult with the sales team on opportunities & disseminate content to SME for completion. Comply with department, team, and project processes and identify innovative ways of improving the efficiency of the proposal process. Review quotation orders and resolve order acceptance issues. Gather information on selling strategy, pricing, and engineering. Work with Proposals Lead and be responsible for updating RFP response software services. Collect customer documentation and evaluate bid requests and specifications.

 You Will Need:

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant years of experience in place of degree At least 10 years of industry experience in Quality Engineering Strong techno-functional expertise in quality engineering and testing Good knowledge of various industry/market-leading tools used for manual and automation testing requirements including functional, performance, security, etc. Good knowledge of standard testing processes and methodologies Experience in conducting market & competitor research. Experience in active participation in large deals end-to-end solutioning, from solution articulation, pricing, and providing defense. 

Bonus Points if you:

Worked with Industry analysts in positioning the company and services Can identify client priorities and win themes for large deals Possess experience in the financial services and/or healthcare domain

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.  As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.  

Role Location: Remote   

Range of starting pay for the role:  $105,000 to $158,000
