Once your employment with Ford commences, you will be assigned to BlueOval Battery Michigan LLC. You will continue to be employed by Ford Motor Company but work for BlueOval Battery Michigan LLC, a Ford wholly owned subsidiary located in Marshall, Michigan. You will remain an at-will employee at all times during your employment with Ford or any Ford affiliate or subsidiary with which you later become employed.

What you'll do…

Apply engineering principles & analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and productsImplement interim and permanent corrective actions to resolve quality issues using 8D tool, 6 panel, etc.Knowledge of and ability to execute measurement systems analysis & variable data analysisIdentify sources of variation within a production environment effectively and efficientlySupport expedited concern resolution with cross functional teams including the Quality Department, Production and SuppliersReview quality concerns to maintain quality with assigned area; must have experience with initiating containment, determining root cause and implementing corrective actionsResponsible for document control, ensure the effectiveness of document management, and regularly review system documents with reference to standard clauses, company requirements, business risk points and business requirementsResponsible for monitoring the operation and optimization of QMS system process.Responsible for participating in the certification audit of QMS system.Assist audits of the quality management module.
