Job Title: Quality Engineering Supervisor Job Description We are seeking a Quality Engineering Supervisor who will play a key role in documenting and reporting product or service quality levels. You will develop and implement standards for inspection, create workflows for product inspection, and develop plans to help manage waste. You will communicate with other team members to solve problems, follow up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found, and train other quality assurance members on all inspection processes. This role requires spending approximately 70% of the time on the floor and 30% at a desk.
