We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to work with a specific set of customers, handling all quality issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves responsibility for SPC, PPAPs, corrective actions, and quality audits. You will aid in creating and reviewing standards, procedures/work instructions, and process tolerances, and assessing risk to customer satisfaction for process changes/deviations. Providing leadership in problem-solving tasks and validation of solutions is also a key part of this role.
ResponsibilitiesHandle all quality issues for a specific set of customers.Manage SPC, PPAPs, corrective actions, and quality audits.Aid in creating and reviewing standards, procedures/work instructions, and process tolerances.Assess risk to customer satisfaction for process changes/deviations.Evaluate and champion customer approval for new product introductions, engineering changes, and deviations.Provide leadership in problem-solving tasks and validation of solutions.Additional Skills & QualificationsBS in Engineering with 1+ years of experience or no degree with 5+ years of experience in quality.Experience leading quality technicians and inspectors is a plus.Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO9000, AS9100, etc.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $48.00
