What the role looks like:   

Monitoring, evaluating, and auditing a sampling of calls, meetings, and other contact methods such as chat and email.Meeting departmental productivity requirements, such as the number of calls monitored per month and the number of emails evaluated. Reporting evaluation results to relevant business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Delivery Team, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners).Participating in calibration sessions and call listening sessions with Quality staff, Delivery, and clients to ensure scoring consistency and adherence to best practices.Engaging in internal quality audits, such as periodic audits of existing processes, to enhance overall contact quality and recommend process improvements.Delivering coaching and feedback sessions to audited representatives.Maintaining a strong understanding of program knowledge, including basic comprehension of client products, services, and program strategies.Participating in quality task forces with business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Operations, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners) and completing phone time to stay up to date on programs, as applicable.Contributing to the maintenance of forms and legends documents.Supporting management in reviewing key drivers, metrics, and operational processes, including Training, that contribute to Balanced Scorecards and profitability goals.Working hours: 10am-7pmHybrid working mode: Wed and Thursdays from the office

Your profile:   

Excellent proficiency in French AND English – both written and verbalStrong attention to detail.Self-starter, sense of urgency and works well under pressure.Demonstrated ability to multi-task, meet timelines and deliverables.Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g Excel, Power Point)Strong communication and presentation skillsDigital Marketing and/or sales experience will be considered as a benefit.Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
