Quality Excellence Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Excellence Engineer to join our team in Monaco. This is a full-time contract position with a 12-month duration with the potential for extension. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting quality excellence and driving continuous improvement across all projects.

Role Overview

Review and ensure compliance of quality assurance documentation for supplier and yard qualifications. Plan and execute internal, certification, and qualification audits within the organization. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support implementation of initiatives. Participate in independent quality investigations and assist in identifying root causes of quality issues. Integrate quality assurance requirements into tenders and proposals. Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Contribute to promoting a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Support development and delivery of awareness/training programs on quality processes and procedures. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related quality discipline. Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent standard. Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role. Proven expertise in Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9000, ISO/TS 29001, and ISO/IEC 80079-34. Strong knowledge in welding, coating, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), preservation, and Ex (explosive atmospheres). Leadership and team motivation skills. Risk management proficiency. Advanced auditing skills. Effective communication skills. Influential persuasion abilities. Adaptability and prioritization skills. Education & Experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related quality discipline. Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent standard. Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role.
