The Quality Final Inspector Technician will inspect and disposition final products intended for distribution to Philips Volcano customers following established inspection procedures. This position holder will have customer interaction with Quality Management, Customer Service, Planning and Manufacturing.
Your role:
• Inspections of Finish Good materials, kits, and sub-assemblies to specifications and requirements, and executing release in ERP System
• Conducting in-process product and process inspections and audits as required
• Initiating and documenting investigations of finished product non-conformances
• Initiating non-conforming material report as necessary and segregating materials appropriately
• Dispositioning of non-conforming materials based on MRB decision as necessary
• Actively participating on the cross functional Finished Device Material Review Board as the QFI representative
• Performing all work in compliance with company SOPs, WI’s and regulatory and safety standards
• Collaborating with other internal groups for inspection related inquiries and issues
• Reviewing relevant documents for updating when necessary and providing suggestions for improvement
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2 + years of related experience in Quality Final inspection in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and/or Biopharmaceutical industry.
Your skills include understanding of applying drawings and tolerances
You have a general understanding of QSR. ISO 13485/ISO 17025 knowledge is an asset
You have a High School Diploma, and or some college
You are familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
You are capable of lifting 20lbs from floor to above shoulders
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in California is $23.75 - $40.71 per hour.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
