ROLE SUMMARY
The Quality and Hygiene Associate Manager - Private Brand is responsible for supporting activities to ensure the highest quality of hygiene and food safety in all areas of operations within the store.

ROLE PROFILE

Support the analysis of quality and food safety standards and implement continuous improvementsImplement corrective activities put into place due to audit resultsImplement the internal quality and hygiene proceduresResearch and maintain a record of all food safety developments and changes in regulationsMonitor the storage of fresh food according to the set standards and proceduresMonitor and report on food storage complies with the required health and safety standardsMonitor and report on the segregation, storage and timely removal of all wasteImplement training for all food and waste handling staff

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or equivalent.3+ years in related food quality control within the retail or manifucturing industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office.ISO Certification.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Planning and analytical skills.
