Position Details:
Strong communication skills-able to communicate effectively with staff as well as the individuals we serve. Strong organization skills. Ability to extract meaningful information relative to improving the overall consumer outcomes and experience. Ability to multi-task and prioritize the appropriate tasks or assignments. Experience in data collection, analysis and interpretation is required. Knowledge of regulations, internal policies and various services provided by Merakey as needed. Ability to work within tight timeframes. Fluent in Excel and other database platforms. Customer service experience preferred. Analytical thinking. Support QI efforts in areas such as consumer complaints and grievances, corrective action plans, high risk notifications and the incorporation of population health data and analysis into the PQI outcomes and process. Through the use of data, identify universal or emerging trends and areas of risk. Coordinate and manage responses and feedback to programs or payers in the appropriate timeframe. Develop reports and summarize for discussion to program management related to quality improvement initiatives. Support the development and implementation of improvement plans in response to identified areas of risk. Directly interface with individuals we serve, and with internal and external entities. Escalate high-priority issues or risks, as appropriate and monitor progress and results. Aggregate and analyze data to understand why problems occur. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for opportunities of improvement. Facilitate meetings and discussion with program management relative to quality improvement efforts and consumer satisfaction. Support the development and implementation of improvement plans in response to identified risk areas. Assist in development/enhancement of technology infrastructure needed to support the databases. May serve as the project lead for assigned activities from the QCO workplan. Incorporate population health data into the PQI outcomes and process. Support operations with data collection and analysis.Earn between $24.61-$27.69
