The Quality Improvement Consultant key responsibilities are: + Advise and collaborate with staff on safety & quality improvement work + Provide analysis, management, and methodological support, including developing measurement plans for performance indicators. + Prepare written and graphical reports utilizing appropriate QI data analytics techniques, including development of dashboards to track performance and highlight opportunities for data-driven improvements. + Provide project management of quality improvement initiatives using project management and QI methodologies. + Coordinate day-to-day activities of various projects and tasks, including meeting logistics, information dissemination, and organization, and creating and tracking project plans/assignments. + Oversee and facilitate production of education materials, surveys, algorithms, and other deliverables as needed. + Provide QI education and mentorship to faculty, residents/fellows, nursing, and other staff.
