Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital in Rhinelander, WI is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator RN to join our team!
The Quality Improvement Coordinator understands and supports the quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management philosophy, policies, and priorities of Aspirus. The Quality Improvement Coordinator works collaboratively to design, facilitate, and evaluate quality improvement activities to support achievement of clinical quality and patient safety goals and priorities within their respective business unit(s). The Quality Improvement Coordinator works collaboratively with other team members to ensure the accuracy of data collection and reporting in support of internal and external quality reporting programs. The Quality Improvement Coordinator supports proactive regulatory and accreditation readiness and survey coordination within their respective business unit(s).
HOURS: Full Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours per pay period, day shift
Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of patient care standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a nursing program. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.Maintains education and specialty certification requirements specific to the department scope of service.Possesses an active Wisconsin RN nursing license.Maintains specialty certification as per department scope of service.
