In addition, DPHHS is the largest state agency with a wide range of advancement opportunities whether you are joining the workforce or have several years of experience. *Qualifications for this Career Opportunity*** * * * Skill in preparing, implementing and monitoring plans of correction or other corrective action when needed. * Ability to provide budgetary oversight for areas of responsibility including, but not limited to payroll, equipment expenditures and budgetary planning. * Directly manage patient grievance program / committee for the hospital. * Meet minimum qualifications: o Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance or a related field. o 5 years’ progressive experience in quality improvement. o 3 years’ experience directing or managing a quality improvement or QAPI program o 3 years’ supervision preferred o Other combinations of experience and educations may be considered on a case by case basis. * * *How to Apply*** To be considered for a DPHHS position, submit the following required documents with your application on the State of Montana Careers website.
