Kforce is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our Fortune 500 clients in Sunrise, FL. Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project: Provide administrative support to the Quality Department with Medical Record requests during the HEDIS Project including but not limited to: * Preparing and sending medical record requests to provider offices * Processing of records including separating pdfs and naming files * Outreaching to provider offices via phone or fax to request medical records * Navigating multiple computer systems to create record requests or upload medical records * Assisting with other administrative tasks related to the HEDIS project as needed
