The Quality Supervisor is responsible for managing the inspection and metrology teams to ensure all quality standards are met and processes are continuously improved. Lead the inspection team to achieve team goals. Lead and improve quality issue and prevent the same quality issue happen, reduce or prevent the occurrence of batch quality accidents in manufacture process and actively application of new technologies, new processes and new methods of quality management (such as digitalization, Intelligent testing, etc.) to improve quality level. Response for CoPQ, PLR PPM,FR PPM,Scrap, Warranty, rework and inspection productivity.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Ensure all inspections, measurements, and testing processes are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures. Organize and solve mass quality issues in manufacture process including root cause analysis, CA & PA make and implement. Lead and improve quality issues prevent the same issue happen through SPC & Danfoss RCPS etc. tool. Build inspection team ability/capacity, to training inspectors about quality control matrix. Planning team resource for future business supporting, and annually refresh resource pool. Make quality improvement plan or project according to quality policy and quality objective. Actively participate in the application of new technologies, new processes and new methods of quality management (such as digitalization, intelligent testing, etc.). Measure and tracking inspection team performance, provide powerful feedback to drive team. Daily tracking of the inspection process to meet delivery and efficiency requirements. Implement the five AIAG manuals, coach and review the quality problems of various departments and urge the improvement and achieve the quality management system to meet the requirements of IATF16949 and DBS standards. 1.Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.工程、质量管理或相关领域的本科学历。
