This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a desire to grow within the quality field. No prior experience in quality control is required — just a strong work ethic and commitment to precision.

Key Responsibilities

Perform visual and physical inspection, sorting, and rework of parts to ensure quality standards are met

Identify and report flaws, defects, or non-conformances using specialized inspection tools

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support safety and efficiency

Record and report inspection findings clearly and accurately

Participate in team efforts to continuously improve safety, quality, and workflow

Adhere to all company safety and quality standards

Assist with additional quality-related tasks as directed by supervisor

What We’re Looking For

Dependable, self-motivated individuals with attention to detail

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Comfortable standing, lifting, or working on your feet for an entire shift

Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is a plus, but not required
