YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
\n\n\nRead and interpret drawings, schedules, inspection plans, control charts and validates documentation.
\n\n\nAssist production employees in performing standard assemblies.
\n\n\nAdvise employees on how to adjust and use precision instruments.
\n\n\nAudit operations to ensure employees comply with BRP quality standards.
\n\n\nAnalyze data and make recommendations to improve processes.
\n\n\nCollaborate with other departments to solve problems effectively.
\n\n\n\nYOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
\nRequired:
\n\n\nHigh School Diploma.
\n\n\n1+ yrs of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
\n\n\nStrong technical and mechanical aptitude with ability to use pneumatic, basic hand tools and read blueprints.
\n\n\nAbility to pass a Quality Basic Skills assessment.
\n\n\nSolid written and verbal communication skills.
\n\n\n“Self-starter” with ability to work with minimal supervision.
\n\n\nAbility to work in a team and with a diverse group of individuals.
\n\n\nStrong detail orientation.
\n\n\nAbility to be flexible and responsive to changing scheduling requirements including working overtime or non-standard hours before and after shift as well as weekends.
\n\n\n\nPreferred:
\n\n\nPrevious BRP quality experience.
\n\n\nGoogle Suite or Microsoft Office Experience .
\n\n\nExperience with ERP Systems.
