Primary Duties + Your primary duties will include: + Inspecting all incoming customer returns to ensure they meet quality standards. + Documenting and recording findings of inspections + Preparing returned products to be restocked + Preparing, documenting, and physically shipping/returning products that do not meet compliance standards + Utilizing tools such as calipers, thread gauges, and straight edges to take accurate measurements of products Qualifications + To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: + Good attention to detail + Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations + Strong self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision + Physical ability to handle tasks such as pulling, pushing, twisting, bending, and lifting products Education / Experience + The ideal candidate for this position should have: + A one-year certificate from a college or technical school; or 3-6 months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
