What We Offer: First Shift | $18.00 per hour Second and Third Shift | $19.00 per hour Monday – Friday 8-hour shifts First Shift | 6:50 AM – 3:40 PM Second Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:10 AM Third Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:40 AM Temp-to-Hire opportunity Pay increase upon hire, directly by the client Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401(k) with company match Holiday pay Voluntary overtime Paid breaks PPE provided Opportunity for advancement What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of manufacturing experience Quality inspection background Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions Proficiency with shop equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, welders) preferred Flexible availability, including overtime on short notice Ability to: Stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively Work in a fast-paced, continuous assembly line environment What You’ll Do as a Quality Inspector: Inspect raw materials and finished products for consistency and quality Perform testing and troubleshooting of instrumentation devices Follow testing protocols and meet quality quotas Report quality issues to management promptly Support and train fellow QA team members Contribute to process improvements and standard testing procedures Perform additional tasks as assigned
