Role summary:

Ensuring input and output control of products, management of non-conforming product and methodical production support in the field of dimensional and visual inspection of manufactured parts.

Your Role:

Inspection of manufactured parts with technical documentation and ensuring compliance of products with the drawing in accordance with the required dates

Keeping documentation of measurements and ensuring effective inspection methods

Solving non-conforming products in cooperation with other departments

Participation in employee induction training in measurement and visual inspection areas

Production support in ​​measurement - performing control measurements, methodical guidance of operators in ​​measurement

Basic communication with customers on ​​approval of concession requests for non-conforming products

Performing of incoming goods inspection of outsourced parts and material certificates + receipt of material

Your Profile:

High school education, mechanical engineering orientation is an advantage

At least 5 years of experience in a technical position in a manufacturing mechanical engineering company (work with drawing documentation and precise gauges a requirement), or at least 1 year as quality inspector position in a manufacturing mechanical engineering company

Good reading skills of engineering drawings and working with precise gauges (knowledge of 3D measurement an advantage)

English language is an advantage and fluent Czech language is required

Basic knowledge of working on a PC - Windows, MS Office (Excel)

Willingness to work in double shifts (Monday-Friday)
