Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Production / Qualité / RMA / Amélioration Continue / Logistique / Autres (Service client, R&D, QHSE…) Product Quality Garantit le niveau de qualité attendu en production grâce à l’analyse continue des défauts Forme et sensibilise les opérateurs à la qualité En cas de défauts, supporte l’analyse des causes racines, la définition des plans d’action et leur réalisation Tient à jour la liste des contrôles d’entrée Réalise les contrôles d’entrée à réception (Contrôles fonctionnel, dimensionnel, visuel) Garantit la traçabilité des produits Initie les non-conformités en entrée, en cours de production et suite à l’inspection finale Participe à la création des documents support du processus Qualité Alimente la partie Qualité pour les briefings hebdomadaires avec la production (défauthèque, information, sensibilisation, etc) Product Reliability Participe au besoin au processus de test de vieillissement de produits (montage, documentation support) Participe activement à la résolution des épidémies en sécurisant les stocks, les envois clients et assure la conformité des futures fabrications Other Ensure the quality level validated by the hierarchical manager (measured in ppm) in production Ensure consistency between physical and IT tracking of materials Ensure compliance with deadlines Report anomalies and non-conformities Minimum Education, Experience, and Skills Required Degree in electronics or 5 years of operational quality experience in an industrial environment (Quality Controller, Quality Assistant, Product Auditor…) or equivalent based on experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Good technical English skills, Spanish is a plus Strong writing skills Ability to manage priorities Organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of electronic products, their features, and specifications Customer satisfaction orientation Familiar with Quality principles, culture, and tools (QQOQCCP, 5 Whys, 8D, FMEA, PDCA…) Preferred Skills and Experience 5 years of experience in an industrial company, ideally in the electronics sector.
