Primary Duties + Inspect all incoming customer returns for compliance with standards. + Document and record findings of inspections. + Prepare product to return to stock. + Prepare, document, and physically ship/return product no in compliance. + Using tools such as calipers, thread gauges, and straight edges to take measurements of products. Qualifications + Good attention to detail. + Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving and analytical skills. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement. + Strong self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision. + Physical Requirements: Pulling pushing, twisting, bending, and lifting of product (could include lifting spring weight up to 150-200 lbs. with the assistance of another employee) Education / Experience + One year certificate from college or technical school; or 3-6 months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
