Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector with experience in manufacturing inspection tools and non-destructive testing methods.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

3-5 years of experience in Quality and Manufacturing

Experience with Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) Non-destructive testing (NDT) Level II preferred

Preferred Skills:

AQL sampling, inspecting, or testing methods including MPI

Precision measuring tools for checking flatness, concentricity, and straightness of cylindrical components with close tolerance (.0005)

Technical Drawing Interpretation and applied knowledge of GD&T

Use of analog gages

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect machined components using CMM, Micrometer, Height Gauges, Caliper, bore gage, and MPI

Verify calibration of inspection equipment

Inspect final components to customer drawings, specifications, and procedures

Perform incoming inspection of raw material and components

Support Quality Assurance activities such as internal and external audits

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
