As a Quality Inspector for Dubai Manufacturing, you will be responsible for:
Inspection and Testing, inspection and test of mechanical and electrical materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Problem Identification, Identify and analyze defects or issues in products. Determine the root cause and recommended corrective actions or rework.Documentation, Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests and defects. Document and report any deviations from quality standards.Compliance, ensure that products comply with Baker Hughes standards and internal quality guidelines.Equipment Calibration, ensure that inspection and testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.Collaboration, work closely engineering, production, material, procurement functions to support quality improvement efforts and resolve quality related issues.Continues Improvement, participate in continues improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.Fuel your passion!
To be successful in this role,
Advanced interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer •Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry with knowledge of quality control procedures. • Have the technical knowledge to read procedures, blueprints and electronic schematicsHands-on experience in QC dimensional measurements using (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)Have a comprehensive understanding in First article, incoming, in process and final inspections for mechanical and electronic components.High capability in operating hardness testers and scanners.Advanced skills in conducting visual inspection for mechanical and electronic components.Hold recognized Quality certifications as (CQI, CQT, CMI, ISO 9001, CCT, API, ASNT, CQE, etc.)Be proficient in Microsoft office and SAP.Be able to work in flexible shifts.Working with us
