Quality Inspector
**Job Title: Quality Inspector - Weekend Day Shift** **Job Description** Perform detailed inspections and testing on metal fabricated parts, components, and instruments using gauges and measurement tools to validate product conformity. Maintain inspection equipment and verify calibration. Complete all inspection documentation for components and use Microsoft Excel to input data. Maintain accurate records to ensure all parts are traceable and quality issues can be addressed. Provide quality systems training and assistance to production employees as needed. **Responsibilities** + Conduct detailed inspections and testing on metal fabricated parts, components, and instruments. + Utilize inspection equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, depth gauges, dial bore gauges, and optical comparators. + Maintain inspection equipment and verify their calibration. + Complete all inspection documentation for components and input data into Microsoft Excel. + Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability of all parts and address quality issues. + Provide quality systems training and assistance to production employees as needed. **Why Work Here?** Recently acquired state-of-the-art visual inspection equipment.
