Play a pivotal role in our business

The candidate will perform quality check, non-destructive test and control activities for the fabrication of components of the different types of Baker Hughes products, following the applicable technical specifications, the technical product drawing and the processing cycle. The activities must be carried out in compliance with the safety and quality standards defined by the company for the areas of competence.

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:

Performing daily activities according to Health, Safety Environment & Quality standard. It’s crucial to realize material identification, execution of quality check of the state of the details in accordance with the applicable specifications. It’s fundamental to perform Quality supervision, nondestructive test and cycle work documentation check.Participating to weekly HSE & Quality communication shared by Ops Leader and Production Supervisor with all the team (safety Talk & quality Talk)Suggest actions to improve the activities carried out by him/ her according to the spirit of the company's program of continuous improvement

To be successful in this role you will:

Hold a High school diploma (preferably Mechanical Expert)Show Non Destructive test fundamental Knowledge (VT, LP, MT, UT)Display Non Destructive test Experience 2+ year and Non Destructive test knowledge at least 2 typologies (VT, LP, MT, UT)Be available to work on shifts (even on weekends if necessary)Be able to read and interpret drawings/technical specificationsShow referenced experience on Non Destructive testShow knowledge of Oil & Gas productsDisplay knowledge and Expertise to use precision measuring instrumentsHave computer skills (using Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.)Show attitude to teamworkHold EU Work PermitShow fluency in Italian (oral and written)

Desired Characteristics

Strong attention to safety and quality detailAvailability to make transfersKnowledge of the principles of Non Destructive Test performed on welding (LP, FPI etc ..)Preferable to know fundamental of welding for manual, automatic and semi-automatic processFluency in English (oral and written)
