Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Inspector with experience in quality control and inspection. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use various measurement tools, read blueprints, and apply basic shop mathematics and statistics. Familiarity with MRP/MRB databases and AS9100 standards is essential.
ResponsibilitiesPerform quality control inspections on received materials and components.Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.Read and interpret blueprints to verify specifications and standards.Apply basic shop mathematics and statistics to inspection processes.Maintain and update MRP/MRB database systems.Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards.Document and communicate inspection results effectively.Collaborate with team members to address quality issues and improvements.Essential SkillsProficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Basic blueprint reading skills.Understanding of basic shop mathematics and statistics.Experience with MRP/MRB database systems.Knowledge of AS9100 standards.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsDelegated Manufacturing Inspection Representative certification.Demonstrated expertise in the usage of MS Office Suite.Experience in inventory control and quality assurance.Proficiency in Excel data entry.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is within a manufacturing aerospace company. The shift hours are from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. The work environment is structured, and the dress code is casual, suitable for a manufacturing setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carson, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
