**Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description** Job Summary: Use of microscope, tweezers, and small hand tools to inspect materials, as well as work-in-process and finished semiconductor chips, for conformance to customer, company, and industry standard requirements. **Responsibilities** + Inspects materials for conformance to specifications and standards. + Documents non-conformances according to company procedure. + Calibrates and maintains inspection equipment as required and directed. + Collects inspection data as required. + Writes certificates of conformance. + Participates in internal and external Quality Management System audits. **Essential Skills** + Experience performing quality inspection. + Hands-on quality inspection experience, particularly in electronics. + Quality control, microscope, cleanroom experience. + Quality assurance, QC testing, document control. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1-2 years minimum experience in a Quality position. + Excellent communication skills and ability to document reports. + Ability to read and understand technical documentation (customer requirements, manufacturing instructions, etc.). + Good hand-eye coordination, ability to work under microscope 100% of the time. + Ability to use inspection equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.). + Ability to take directions from multiple sources (Quality Assurance, Production, etc.). + Motivated, self-starter. + Honest and ethical. + Open-minded, a team player. + Ability to stay focused in production-environment stress. + High level of communication to work with other departments. + High school education or GED (preferred). + Open to electronics and med device experience. **Why Work Here?** Stable company with long-term opportunity for growth.
