ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.检验执行：依据质量标准和流程，对原材料、半成品及成品进行全方位检验，涉及外观、尺寸、性能等，确保检验覆盖率达标。
2.数据处理：详实记录检验数据，如实填写报告，精准反映产品质量状况，为质量分析提供可靠依据。
3.问题反馈：一旦察觉质量问题，即刻向上级和相关部门反馈，跟进问题产品处理，监督返工或报废，防止不良品流入后续环节。
4.流程协助：参与质量改进活动，针对检验发现的系统性问题，提出合理建议，助力完善质量控制流程和标准。
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.检验流程管理：制定和优化检验流程，明确检验标准与方法，确保检验工作有序、高效开展，保障检验结果的准确性和可靠性。
2.人员与设备监督：管理检验人员工作安排，监督其操作是否规范，定期组织技能培训；负责检验设备的日常维护监督，确保设备正常运行，保证测量精度。
3.质量问题处理：对检验中发现的质量问题进行汇总分析，及时向上级汇报，跟踪问题产品的处理过程，监督整改措施落实，防止问题再次发生。
4.部门协作沟通：与生产、采购等部门密切沟通，反馈质量问题，协同解决质量纠纷，促进各部门共同提升产品质量。
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
1.质量检验标准知识：熟悉各类质量检验标准和规范，如国际、国家及行业标准，明确不同产品的合格判定依据。
2.产品知识：了解所检验产品的结构、性能、生产工艺等，能精准判断产品是否符合质量要求。
检验工具与方法知识：掌握各类检验工具的操作和维护，如卡尺、量具等，熟悉抽样检验、无损检测等方法。
3.数据处理与记录知识：懂得记录和整理检验数据，运用基础统计知识分析数据，生成规范的检验报告。
4.沟通协作知识：具备一定沟通能力，与生产、研发等部门交流，反馈质量问题并协助解决。
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
教育要求
求高中或中专及以上学历，质量检测、工业工程等相关专业优先。
需学习过质量控制、检测技术、统计学等基础课程，为质量检测工作提供理论支持。
经验要求
有 1-2 年及以上相关工作经验，熟悉产品检测流程和标准，能熟练运用各种检测工具和仪器。
有抽样检验、成品检验等实际操作经验，了解常见质量问题及处理方法。有质量管理体系相关经验者更佳，能更好地保证产品质量符合标准和要求。
